		PCB Assembly One of our core competencies is the assembly of PCBs with SMD technology. Here we cover a wide spectrum from the production of the smallest quantities up to the highest volumes. The latest technologies such as Flip Chip, Ball Grid Array, Chip on Board as well as all necessary test techniques also belong to our range of services. Each year we invest 3% of our turnover into our manufacturing and test systems and these are therefore in keeping with the latest technological developments with which the feasibility and competitiveness of your products are guaranteed.
